Whether your product didn’t dispense correctly or you experienced a payment issue, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Our goal is to make things right, and we appreciate your patience. Please use the form below to submit a refund request so our team can quickly resolve the issue. We review every request promptly and do our best to process refunds within 3–5 business days.

To help us better serve you, please provide as much detail as possible. This includes:

  • The location of the vending machine (Machine code listed on machine)

  • Date and time of the issue

  • Type of payment used (cash, credit/debit, mobile wallet, etc.)

  • Amount lost

  • Brief description of what went wrong

All refund requests are handled with care, and your information will only be used to process the refund and improve our service.

We understand how frustrating it is when a vending machine doesn’t work properly. Please know we take every complaint seriously and work hard to maintain all of our machines across Iowa in top condition. If you notice a recurring issue with a specific location or machine, we want to hear about it.
